The Decree of Rebellion Against the United States of America

Below is the first piece of documentation attributed to the Silverfish Project. This is the Decree of Rebellion, which serves as our documented stance, guiding principals, and pledge for unity among the People of the United States of America.

“It is with deep conviction that We believe the American government is no longer serving the best interests of all its citizens. This document serves as a powerful living testimony of the crimes against American citizens, perpetrated by our own politicians and leaders. It has come time in our history as a nation to look, with unbiased and equitable eyes, at what needs to be changed. This document aims to be the guiding light as our citizens take our power back, rebuild, and reconstruct a new system.”

“We, a nation bravely created by the minds of all people, hereby declare our rebellion against the United States of America’s current two party democratic system, judicial practices of the Supreme Court, and current unbalanced law-making proceedings of Congress. We henceforth renounce our loyalty to a country that no longer protects all its citizens, and instead swear to unite and outline the foundations for which we, as People of all communities, will choose to stand upon. We stand together, as People in arms, humans, connected by deep compassion, respect, and sense of justice.“

“In support of our critical mission to restore balance to this Nation, we declare the following to be true:

• The current political structure We serve no longer serves Us, the people of the Nation.
• The current political and social climate has perpetuated a system of lies, a culture of fear, and the illusion of unity in order to benefit those currently in power and maintain ignorant compliance and complacency amongst the People of the United States.
• As a result of the intentional and unintentional turmoil of the aforementioned current political and social climate, industries and institutions of all kinds, at all levels are facing significant challenges in providing efficient, effective, and quality services to all people. This is primarily due to the disparity, inequality, threats and fear-mongering of those in power, including individuals who have “bought” their way into these industries to give themselves powers they should never be entitled to. 
• The inalienable, indelible rights listed within the Constitution and its Amendments, intended to be bestowed upon each and every citizen of the United States of America, are no longer being upheld and fought for with the highest urgency and honor.
• Minorities of our Nation have fought for their right to be seen as a true citizen of our Nation for centuries. Progress was made for hundreds of years, but never enough, and now our Nation is rapidly sliding backwards in time once again to a time when their rights were nonexistent. 
• To that end, the rights and values of nearly all our People are threatened in some form or another. These reversals, appeals, and attacks on human life and liberty are disguised as acts of justice, and further disguise a political system that is actively working against its People.
• We swear as a Nation, upheld bravely by one and by all, to valiantly protect the all human life, to provide Us with dutiful care, to provide shelter for Us, bear arms for Us, and use our God-given voices for Us, regardless of what the current political and social powers at play say to disway us. 
• There is no justifiable reason for laws, legal decisions, prohibitions, hatred, or discrimination of any kind against any of Us within the borders of the United States of America.
• Such acts shall henceforth be struck down by any means necessary.
• Our People will courageously defend one another, as People in arms, People in truth, and People in power.”

“No longer do we choose to swear an oath to this country. From this day forward, be it the 4th of July, 2024, we instead choose to swear an oath to all People of our country, not to a political affiliation, system, figure, or symbol. We formally renounce our pacificity, our silence, and our compliance to this Nation. We will strive, by any means necessary, to reclaim the power, the peace, and the dignity stolen from Us, and we will not rest until our cries for justice are resoundingly heard across the globe. 

We, as the signed and unsigned of this document, from the loudest majority to the smallest minority, whether named or unnamed, adopt this document as our formal Decree of Rebellion against the United States of America. We hereby swear to do whatever it takes to ensure that all are protected, safe, cared and provided for within our borders, and that laws and directives are henceforth created with all People in mind. We seek to understand and learn the values, culture, and demands of all our People, and use this knowledge to boldly produce a unified, documented testimony of the foundations we demand as, the People of the United States of America, and will lay regardless of the current political and social climate.“
